Description

The module has 3 pins- Vcc, GND, DO(digital output).

This module is used to detect ambient light. If the ambient light intensity is less than the threshold value set using the potentiometer, DO outputs HIGH(1) value and when the ambient light intensity is more than the set threshold, DO outputs a LOW(0) value.

Use this module with the Laser Head Module [Product Link] to make applications that react to whenever the laser beam falling on the LDR Module is interrupted. Remember to place the LDR Sensor Module in a dark enclosure, away from other light sources that can interfere with the Laser Head’s beam.
